1. Composing Gallery :
The  Composing Gallery display  the collection of both Odia & English metal types/type cases and the process of hand composing. Besides, one Monotype metal type casting machine and one and proof pulling machine are also displayed. Other small allied items used for hand composing are also displayed here.
2. Letterpress Printing Gallery:
A variety of  letterpress  printing machineries collected from different branches
of Odisha Govt. Press including machineries used by Ex-Rulers prior to independence have been displayed here in accordance with their chronological developments from hand press proof pulling machine to automatic rotary cylinder-type letterpress printing machines of different makes and models.
3. Pre-Press Gallery:
The Pre-Press gallery display with machines which are generally being used prior to printing for preparation of image carriers (letterpress blocks, negatives, positives, offset plates, etc.) starting from process camera to Offset Plate Making machines.  The gallery is again divided into three sections on the basis of their uses i.e. ‘camera section’, ‘Block making section’ and ‘Offset Plate Making section’.
4. Offset Printing Gallery:
The offset printing technology is one of the most developing printing technique used for
paper printing and is in use with full swing at present.  Some first edition sheet-fed offset printing machine and allied items, used in offset printing are displayed to project a basic idea about offset printing technique.
5. Binding Gallery:
A variety of post printing and binding machineries are displayed in this gallery which are used for book binding and to give the desired shape & size to the different kinds of printed materials.
6. Workshop Gallery:
A variety of machines of mechanical workshop are displayed here which are used for sharpening the cutting knives and for preparation and repairing of different spares of printing and allied machineries.
7. Office Machineries & Equipment Gallery:
The Office Machineries & Equipment gallery is displayed with different make and model of Typewriting machines (manual to electronic), Duplicator Machine etc.
8. Modern Developments:
As like revolutionary changes occurred in all the trades in globalised era due to rapid growth in I.T.  Sector and application of digital technology, the field of printing has also acquired pace towards zenith. Printing has also digitally developed in equal frequency to synchronize with all other mode of mass communication.  The application of digital technology to printing trade has not only eliminated many intermediate stages of operations starting from designing to finishing but also made the process very convenient, easier and user friendly to achieve best quality in a lesser time with minimum efforts.
9. Paper Gallery and Waiting Hall:
A place where the visitors can take rest for a while and can also view the varieties of sample papers used in printing which are  displayed in a wall display board.
Proposed Expansions:
A publication gallery comprising of different kinds of old government publications starting from pre-independence period till date is proposed.  An Audio-Visual display system and a Touch Screen information device is also proposed to provide more information about development of printing to the visitors/printing professional/students/researchers etc.
